HAPPY CRUISERS

Hi Jill,

Just wanted to thank you for the wonderful job you did in planning our
Alaska cruise & excursions. Everything was perfect. Your attention to
detail and pleasant mannerisms made this process very delightful. We
will definitely refer you to all our friends.

Hi Melanie:

Just wanted to let you know how awesome our
cruise was. Right from the start (Bus trip) it was great. Our ship was
fabulous, our cabins very well appointed. Thanks for your welcome gift.
Dining tables weren't in a great location (right near a doorway with a
lot of traffic). I did try to get them changed but no luck However, we
were all together and that's what mattered. The shows onboard were
really good and the activities too. We all had a wonderful time. Andrew
from England was entertainment indeed!! Our bus was there and waiting at
the end of the trip, nice guy. Thanks for your help and all your hard
work. The group want to know where we are going next!!!! I'll be in
touch BUT give me a few weeks. Ha ha.

Barbara

Dear Linda,

What a marvelous adventure, Bermuda, Ireland, Scotland, England and
France....glorious days on such a lovely ship! Already planning ahead
for my November Cruise on Princess in the Caribbean.

Dear Melanie;

Just wanted to give you a quick update to our latest "GOGO". It was
absolutely wonderful. And, the girls managed to pull off the surprise
with my cousin Mary and my daughter showing up. I didn't have a clue and
almost had a heart attack, ha ha.  I had been wondering why it
seemed everyone was kind of "avoiding" me and I find out that they were
just afraid of letting the "cat out of the bag". WOW I feel as though I
had 2 vacations; one with the hubby and then with the girls. Totally
different experiences and very much enjoyed.
Also wanted to thank you for all of your help and assistance in helping
Mary get everything arranged; it was much appreciated. And, last but not
least, thanks for all of the wine. We certainly enjoyed it at dinner
almost every night:)
We are already planning next year's trip and will certainly be in touch
with you a little later in the year when we are ready to book. Hopefully
I will be able to do a repeat and take 2 weeks again.

Thanks again for all of your efforts on our behalf.

Cathy

Hi Jill,

You talk to my wife Bonnie all the time, but I thought it was time for me to
drop you this e-mail to tell you we just got back from our Disney Cruise and we
all had the time of our lives.
Harold, Kathy, Hunter, Sarah, Bonnie and I have been back for a week now
and we are ready to go again ASAP ... It is so cold here in the
northeast that we wish we were down south now ha ha .... Thank-You so
much for all that you do for us. We have a great time on all our trips
and look forward to dealing with you not too far down the road. Thanks again,

Joe M. in RI

Melanie,

Our last cruise was good, we relaxed and had a good time at our ports of
call. It was our 30th anniversary. Thanks for your great service and
help planning all of our adventures.

Bonnie,,

I want to thank you all for the consideration
and kindness that you showed Howie and me in our travel plans. And,
thanks to Debbie we will be arriving in Alaska in one piece.
Thank you so much. We can't wait to go.

Melanie,

Thank you for helping us book our cruise to Hawaii. We appreciate
everything you do for us. Here is a picture of us on the ship in a
Hawaiian Port.Aloha,

Helmut & Heidemarie S.

Hi Jeann

Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time on the cruise.
Everything was perfect. I was so happy that we all got to sit at the
same table for dinner. We shared our wine which lasted for the 3 of the
4 nights. My friends decorated my cabin with birthday decorations. It
was the best birthday ever. Thanks for all your help in coordinating all
of it. I am already looking forward to the next one.

Best regards,

Vanessa M.

Dear Stacy,

It was great to get to our cabin and see the sign on the door saying,
"Congratulations on your anniversary". That sign also made it easier to
find our cabin every day. When we opened the door we found blue and
white streamers hanging from the ceiling and bells and hearts saying
congratulations. On the desk were the chocolate cherries. What a nice
welcome! Thank you so much for this wonderful greeting. My husband
insisted on bringing everything home with us which took up a good
portion of one suitcase.
We had a great cruise. The sun shone every day and the water was
warm enough for swimming.
At every port we had signed up for an optional tour and we enjoyed all
of them. The seas were calm until the last day and we spent quite a bit
of time enjoying our veranda. We are looking for another cruise from
Liberty Park or New York. Please let us know if you know of any.

Hi Jean and Ed,

Two big thumbs up on our Viking cruise from Budapest to Amsterdam! Prior
to leaving we were disappointed that the new Viking ship was not ready
for our trip. However, we totally loved the trip. It was just so
relaxing and easy going. The ship staff was all waiting to go on the new
ship, so they were Viking's top crew, we're sure. Food was fantastic and
the cruise director was delightful. Fellow passengers were very
congenial, we made some fast friends. Itinerary was perfect. There was
no negative to the trip at all.

Prague ahead of the cruise was wonderful. We met up with a director I
work with who happened to be there. Saw a charming production of
Marriage of Figaro at the Estates Theatre where Mozart conducted that
opera, so great! Good meal afterwards at the Provence restaurant. Prague
Hilton was a bit out of the way. If I had a do-over we probably would
have booked our own three days in Prague and caught a train for
Budapest.

Amsterdam afterwards was fun, as always. We did a day-trip into the
countryside that was very nice. Toren Hotel even more charming and
luxurious than our stay there four years ago, lots of upgrading.

So all in all one of our favorite trips! Thanks so much for everything.

Your devoted fans,

Lowell and Carol

Hi Bonnie,

Just wanted to let you
know how thing went on our Alaska trip.  Our trip was wonderful!  The
ship was cool.  My son used the pool, and did the rock-climbing wall,
which he loved.  Larry and I ate a lot!!!  The dinners were good.  We
tried things we haven't had before.  The staff and service were awesome
- very nice and helpful.  We joked around a lot with our stateroom
attendant.  We also hung out a lot with our bartender he was very funny
and enjoyed our company.  The staff wants to keep the children happy.
They would show my son tricks and puzzles that he really liked.  He
already started showing other people.  We had a wonderful time.

Thanks so much,br>
Celeste W.

Hi Linda,

We are back from the cruise. Everything went very well except a layover
in Philadelphia on the way home, because the flight from Rome had a
problem. The trip was wonderful, we had beautiful weather, nice company
and great scenery (great food too).

The help we got with transfers and the shore trips was tremendous.
Everybody was helpful and nice. We will love to cruise with Holland
American Line again, and again.

We would like the thank you for the help, suggestions and making our
trip the best ever.

Delia and John

Good Morning Ann,

I wanted to write you and let you know that you are the BEST Cruise
Agent!!!!….We had such a wonderful time in Grand Caymans and on our Big
Cruise Ship. You did it!!!! We definitely will use your service again;
you went all above and beyond our expectations. It is really a good
feeling knowing that there is, still, a person in the world that you can
count on it. (I hope your boss and Company know that you are fabulous)
well, I won’t take any more of your time. We just want to tell you "
Thank you very much."

Take care.

Helen S. and David A.

Dear Bonnie,

We all had a good time considering the turn
of events, thanks to your organization's help with our son's accident.
We all would have cut our vacation short had it not been for the
fantastic consideration and assistance that was given to our family from
Premier tours and the insurance co. you provided us with. Thank you
again and special thanks to Premier Tours, especially Barbara, Scott
(our driver) and of course Will Meyers, our tour guide, who was on call
24/7. Thank you again for a great vacation and being there when you were
so sorely needed. We can not say enough about your service to anyone
that will listen to us. By the way, the upgrade to the Alaskan dome car
was a great plus as this was were we were reunited with our son and
daughter in law after his stay in the hospital in Fairbanks. Thank you
again.

Naomi and Howie A.

Dear Ed,

We wanted to let you know
how helpful Barbara Dumitru was in helping us with out trip to Alaska.
We had never used a tour company before. We were lucky enough to get
Barbara. Our trip was wonderful. We took the Grand
Alaska tour which left on May15th. Everything went smoothly, from the
hotels on the land tour to the cabin on the Sapphire Princess to the
pickup at the Vancouver Airport. As you can see from the picture the weather
was beautiful. We will be celebrating our 50th Anniversary
next year and are thinking of a cruise. We have already alerted Barbara
to this. We would also recommend your company to our friends and family.

Regards,

Mr. & Mrs. Patrick G.

Dear Jill,

I have taken cruises at
least twice a year since 1980. The cruise you helped me with was,
without a doubt, the best ever. The ship was lovely, the staff so
friendly, efficient and there was no hassle anytime. My group thoroughly
enjoyed every minute. This was the easiest time I have ever had getting
on and off the cruise ship. Many thanks for all your friendly help. You
were extremely helpful. I will certainly call you again!

Sincerely,

Mae - Royal Caribbean - Grandeur of
the Seas

Dear Maren,

Just a short note to
thank you for all your assistance in planning our Canadian - New England
Cruise. You truly are remarkable and a credit to your profession. Have a
great day! We'll be in touch soon.

Regards,

Donna W.

P.S. May 8th can't come soon enough!!

Hello Melanie,

We're home from our
cruise and 4 weeks in Englewood. Thank you very much for the champagne
and strawberries, it was a wonderful surprise. The cruise was terrific, they treated us
like royalty. Our whole family enjoyed themselves. It was a great
experiencing our first cruise together and on such a big beautiful ship. We only had one disappointment which wasn't
due to you but to Royal Caribbean. We had booked to go on a canopy tour
in San Juan and upon checking on it the day before arrival they informed
us that we wouldn't get into port soon enough to do the tour. The people
at the day tour desk said they had been complaining to Royal Caribbean
informing them of the disappointed travelers and trying to get them to
remove that tour out of their book. They refunded our money and we
signed up for a city tour which was a big let down. That was the only
disappointment, the food, entertainment and everything else was first
class. Thanks for your part in this special event.

Judy

Maren,

Our trip on Holland American
Eurodam on 3/14 was a great week. Everything was just as you said it
would be - GREAT EVERYTHING! Looking forward to our next cruise which
you have put together for us on Princess Emerald which will sail on
1-/25.You are TOP SHELF! Thank you soooooo much!

Lois & John V.

Hi Melanie,

We had a great cruise and
your in-put helped to make it a little more pleasant. Thanks for your
help getting all 9 of us at one dinner table. We had a bonus by having
guests with us. Even though we didn't know them, we knew his parents. We
enjoyed eating with them. Thank you for the bottle of wine. We took
turns bringing the wine to our dinner table, which we all enjoyed. The
glasses were a nice treat and will remind us of the good times we had on
the cruise every time we drink from them. The special dinner at the
Pinnacle Room was also a pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed the menu
and service in this dining room. The chocolate covered strawberries
topped off a very nice evening. They were delicious. Thanks again for
the special arrangements you made to make our trip more enjoyable.

Renewing our vows on the beach in St. Croix was very special. The cruise was wonderful. You outdid yourself, everything was
absolutely perfect. I'll call you soon.

Joy & Bob R.

Our Alaska trip was awesome! It all seems like a dream now. We would like to go back again at the same time next year but add Skagway and Valdez.
You should always encourage your clients to take the land tour. A cruise without a land tour is like a biscuit without gravy - still good, but something's missing!
Our "table mates" were
really nice.
Keep us in mind for next year.

Jim & Mary Lee E.

Thank you for all you did to
make this "our first" cruise the best ever! We'll be in touch soon to
book another!

Thank You

Jon & Jenny H.

So, thanks again.

We, the Reunion Group, who just returned from
our 18th, 99th Field Artillery reunion cruise aboard the Carnivals
"Jubilee", would like to give a huge resounding vote of thanks to Helen
Haas, of Anchors Away Cruises, for arranging and wet nursing our mostly
first timer cruisers, through this wonderful and exciting 5 day & nights
on this beautiful "fun ship", and the marvelous staff and attentive
crew, that gave us such a wonderful time. The food was simply 5 Star;
couldn't be any better. The service everywhere, was 'top rate'. The ship
was extra clean & well maintained. The Las Vegas type shows were
terrific & the special parties arranged in our honor were certainly
enjoyed by us all. Many told me that if they had known just what a
wonderful & relaxing time cruising was, that they would have been doing
it now, for years. The main question asked to me was, "Ed, when are we
going to do it, again ?? As our group leader, I can say this with
authority as it was the 25th cruise that Dot & I have taken. Most of
them have been on the Carnival Line and the Holland American Line,
booked thru Helen Haas. Thanks, Helen...here is a picture of 18 of our
1st Cavalry Veterans of the 99th Field Artillery which includes 1 guy
each from the 5th Cavalry & the 30th F.A.

Ed & Dot C.

Since this was our first
cruise everyone asks us what we liked best about the cruise and our
response is, "all of it". From Key West to Costa Maya, Cozumel and Grand
Cayman, it was fantastic. Each port has its own distinctive personality,
but if we were pushed to choose a best part, it would have to be the
catamaran snorkeling trip out of Cozumel. We would definitely do that
again. We are definitely cruisers now, and are already planning our
cruise for next year.

Finally meeting other Carnival
Spirit cruisers in person after months of talking through a cruising web
site message board. It was like we had know each other for years.  This
made the cruise even more fun!
